We want each and every guest to love their end result. We take pride and stand by our work here at 4:59 Barberlounge. In the event you are not happy with your end result, adjustments will only be honored if our barber lounge is contacted within 3 days of the original appointment. If you are unsatisfied, your original stylist will work with you to adjust the service to assure your complete satisfaction on the services you asked for. If you wish to see a different stylist for the adjustment, our 4:59 Barberlounge’s senior stylists will be happy to help. If you decide to book with another stylist, full price or a service cost will be charged to accommodate their time. If hair is altered by another salon/yourself, the re-do policy is void. You will have to pay for your future appointment cost.
Check-in:
We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Should you arrive late, you may not be able to receive the complimentary shampoo that is provided with your haircut service.
