Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand things come up. To be fair to all clients and staff, we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to change your appointment:

● Canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a
charge of 50% of your service total.
● Canceling or rescheduling with less than 2 hours’ notice, or failing to show
up, will result in a charge of 100% of your service total.
