We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your skin care or massage appointment so that you can relax and your treatment can begin promptly. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for the next client.


Cancellations and No-Shows


To avoid charges for spa packages, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service or package price. No-shows will be charged the full amount.




Prices do not include gratuity except for spa packages and group reservations.


Special Needs and Medical Conditions


Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your spa service, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions such as hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities. Talking with your therapist/stylist will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.




Although massage and body treatments require the removal of clothing, respect for your privacy is our primary concern. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Careful draping procedures are observed at all times, and we encourage you to communicate any discomfort to your therapist.


Cell Phones


You are free to talk on your cell phone, but to preserve a relaxing experience for everyone, cell phone and pager ringers should be silenced or set to vibrate in the barber lounge.


Age Requirements and Children


Guests must be at least 16 years of age; otherwise a parent or guardian's approval and attendance is required.


Personal Belongings


Because spa services often require bare skin, we request that you refrain from wearing jewelry. 4:59 Barber Lounge may not be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.
