All licensed professionals in the cosmetology and Barber industry have been very well trained to mitigate health risk significantly through the use of proper infection controls. The following are enhancements to our existing rules, and they address the unique scenario presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. These recommendations will be used in conjunction with the state barber board rules for safety and sanitation that are currently in place. Keep in mind that these guidelines will be in effect during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic and may be adjusted as necessary. They will be reduced when safe to do so.

We want each and every guest to love their end result. We take pride and stand by our work here at 4:59 Barberlounge. In the event you are not happy with your end result, adjustments will only be honored if our barber lounge is contacted within 3 days of the original appointment. If you are unsatisfied, your original stylist will work with you to adjust the service to assure your complete satisfaction on the services asked for. If you wish to see a different stylist for the adjustment, our 4:59 Barberlounge's senior stylists will be happy to help. If you decide to book with another stylist, full price or a service cost will be charged to accommodate their time. If hair is altered by another salon/yourself, the redo policy is void. You will have to pay for your full future appointment cost.
